Sorry's third album. More harmonies and melodic poppiness, but the overall feeling is moodier. The songs rush less and breathe more, and the themes sound more reflective than tongue-in-cheek -- childhood memories, the state of love mid-marriage, the dreariness of office worklife.

"These boys play complex and thought provoking pop music. Their latest EP, RSVP, embraces sophisticated harmonies coupled with catchy, crunchy guitar hooks are nothing short of excellent! Sorry has certainly put their musical knowledge to good use in producing this beautiful example of power pop."
-- PowerPop Overdose

"Sorry coalasce open chords, odd time signatures, fragile melodies and fractured thoughts into emotional highs, percussive conundrums and subtle violence ... The interplay between strings and voices showcases the genetic sibling harmonics that builds up each track into a crescendo of grace and beauty ... I absolutely love the way Sorry weaves diverse strands of post-punk, twee, powerpop and indie rock into a pleasing multicoloured quilt. This is a band to keep a firm eye (and ear) on."
--Power of Pop

"DIY styled lo-fi indie power pop with a plenty of sweet melodic guitar touches, a lot like The Shins or Death Cab for Cutie ... you'll hear bits of Jon Auer with Paul Simon rhythms ... worth a spin on the ipod for sure."
-- Powerpopaholic

"an affinity for the early Death Cab sound, which isn’t a bad thing ... Good stuff, boys"
-- Northwest Music Blog

"Not only do they come from the same state, but Sorry also make no mistake about letting us know that The Posies “are only the greatest band in the world”. Still, you shouldn’t be put back thinking that this is another one of those tribute-type of bands ... there are lots of other classic power-pop references to be heard, blended into indie rock nice enough to take home to Mom ... there’s no way you can be sorry to hear Sorry"
-- Popism

Two-thirds of Sorry consist of brothers Alan and Stephen Brozovich, who sound as pleasant as Tim and Neil Finn when in harmony. With all the harmonies, it is easy to draw comparisons to The Posies, but I am also hearing a lot of early Toad the Wet Sprocket (Bread and Circus, Pale) as well as The Connells. I'm actually enjoying the non-emphasis tracks the most, especially the catchy "Nuevo Laredo" and the strikingly beautiful ballad "Set Sail", which incidentally has been picked up by Three Imaginary Girls podcast.
-- Bill's Music Forum

Docile, destructured and interesting lo-fi bedroom pop from that as much more minimal and simple joy could remember some heroes of the scene independent of the American northwest as Death Cab For Cutie, Shins and - I say the same Sorry - the likes of Dolour, Doves and New Pornography ... The independent pop done with endless dedication to the cause, such as playing the Sorry, I tighten the heart and to think that in the end, despite everything, there is still someone who still believes in the pure essence of music.

Sorry's 2006 follow-up to its critically acclaimed* Non-winner EP. This one's a beauty, with lots of pa-pa-pa's and ooo's mixed in with tasty bits of distortion and tight harmonies.

Let it be known that I dig this record a lot ... truly a pleasant pop experience. To my ears they sound like a band raised on equal parts powerpop (the Posies, Teenage Fanclub) and indiepop (Versus, True Love Always, the Lucksmiths). All and all, Sorry is melodic and harmony driven and really darn good. Consider me your new champion.

I was crazy about their last EP, "Non-Winner", and have also seen a number of these songs performed live, so I already knew I would love this record ... beautifully written
